🔍 Japan Public Security Intelligence Agency Data for Sale on Dark Web Forum
• On September 6, about 2.3 TB of sensitive data from Japan’s Public Security Intelligence Agency(PSIA), including employee, financial and weapons records, were found for sale on the dark web hacking forum DarkForums.
• The disclosed sample data included PSIA employee information such as staff ID, name, code name, rank, department and region, security clearance, language skills, field of expertise, backup codes and emergency contacts.
• The seller, “FreedomSecurity1337,” was also reported to have uploaded the same leaked data to their Telegram channel, “Kirov Elite Group 🇷🇺.”
🔍 Dubai Government Digital Platform Data Detected for Sale on Dark Web
• On September 7, the Dubai Government’s integrated digital platform, Dubai Pulse, had its database listed for sale on the dark web hacking forum DemonForums.
• The seller is believed to be offering files containing detailed information on a wide range of companies and institutions. The materials reportedly cover lawyer registration records, commercial registries, maritime shipping agents, legal consulting firms, free zone business licenses, registered vendors, and data related to the Dubai Chamber of Commerce.
• The exposed sample consists of detailed license and contact information for legal entities and related businesses. Among the details are company names, representatives, registration classifications, licensing bodies, and key contact information.
🔍 Russian Hypersonic Missile ‘Kinzhal’ Manual Being Sold on Dark Web Forum
• On September 9, internal technical documents related to Russia’s Kinzhal hypersonic missile system (KH-47M2) were identified for sale on DarkForums.
✓ Kinzhal (KH-47M2): A missile used in the war in Ukraine, known for its ability to evade air defense systems and conduct precision strikes. It is considered a high-value weapon system from both military and intelligence-security perspectives.
• The seller claims the document is a comprehensive operations manual for the Kinzhal missile, detailing practical guidance on deployment procedures, aircraft integration methods, safety protocols, and maintenance requirements.
• From a military perspective, the leak poses a potential threat to Russia’s national security and the intelligence defense frameworks of its allies, as it could be used to analyze tactics and develop countermeasures against the weapon system.
