• On August 5, Threat Actors 'admin_123' and 'fatah19' on BreachForums promoted internal military documents from Taiwan and Argentina, respectively. The Taiwanese documents feature military ID cards and codes, while the Argentine documents include military messages in Spanish, classified with an R security grade.
• The growing trend of selling leaked military documents highlights the urgent need for enhanced cybersecurity measures.
⚠️Vulnerability in Thai Judicial Agency's Website Exploited to Sell Access to Internal Database
• A recent post on BreachForums advertised access to a critical vulnerability in the internal database of a Thai judicial agency.
• On August 6, Threat Actor 'Chronically' offered access to the agency's internal network, triggered by a critical vulnerability on the site (priced at approximately KRW 400,000).
• The detection of such posts underscores the necessity for agencies to perform comprehensive scans to identify any publicly exposed assets and vulnerabilities.
⚠️Data Leak from Poland's Anti-Doping Agency Detected, Suspected Retaliation for Russia's Olympic Ban
• A post granting free access to leaked data from Poland’s Anti-Doping Agency was detected on a Russian dark web hacking forum.
• On August 7, Threat Actor 'RestarterMan' on the XSS forum disclosed approximately 30 download links for files from the agency, likely totaling over 50GB.
• The Threat Actor released the data, alleging illegal drug use among EU athletes, notably targeting Ukraine and Poland, indicative of Russian involvement. Owing to its invasion of Ukraine and doping infractions, Russia has been excluded from the Paris Olympics.
